No support for no reason return or exchange

Cross-border transactions, non-quality problems do not support cancellation or return after placing an order, please be careful to order.

The process for requesting returns or exchanges due to product issues.

Within 15 days from 0:00 on the day after signing for the goods, consumers need to provide the order number, product anti-counterfeiting code and unboxing video for the goods with quality problems, and contact customer service to initiate an application for return and replacement of quality problems; If it is determined that an exchange is required, the spare parts will be dispatched within two weeks from the date of the decision.

Types of product problem,judgment rules and reissue process:

1. Missing parts:

(1) Ordinary particles missing:

If the building blocks are missing, you can provide the order number, product anti-counterfeiting code and unboxing video to contact the store’s customer service to apply for reissuance; If the ordinary block particles have quality problems or missing, within 30 days can enjoy the rights and interests of one free replenishment of small particles, the application needs to do a good job of checking the one-time application, free replenishment of particles only one opportunity; There are no more than 3 types of particles for a single application, and the total number of reissued pieces cannot exceed 10, if the number is exceeded, please verify whether the particle package is duplicated or missing, etc., please further inform customer service when applying.

(2) Missing minifigures or large particles:
Because the product supporting the minifigure / large particles will be strictly inspected when leaving the factory, will not be missing as a whole, under normal circumstances do not provide the whole minifigure / large particles of the supplement, if there are special circumstances, be sure to provide a complete unboxing video, order number, product anti-counterfeiting code to contact customer service processing; Complete unboxing video standard: Please start recording from the first time the product opens the box, and before recording, you need to show the specific information on the six sides of the box, please close up the circular sticker on the seal to confirm that it is in good condition, and continue to record until the end of clearly displaying the internal product details.

2. Defects/Damages:

The use of a variety of processes in the production process of building blocks, a large number, slight scratches, black spots, scratches, burrs, etc. are normal phenomena, cloth accessories are limited by material characteristics, slight wrinkles, threads, etc. are normal, in line with quality standards, not in the scope of after-sales. If the building blocks have the following situations, provide the order number, product anti-counterfeiting code and unboxing video to contact customer service to apply for particle replacement
1. Particle deformation: affect the normal installation and construction of building blocks
2. non-human causes of the goods broken, rupture, particle mutilation
3. The building block particles with printed patterns have serious pad printing offset
4. Functional problems cannot be used normally

Single or multiple particles quality problems can be corresponding to the particles of the replacement, does not support the whole package replacement and returns.
